  • Screenshots & activity data: If you use the desktop app with monitoring enabled, periodic screenshots and activity levels (keyboard/mouse activity percentages, not keystrokes).
  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers for app functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Tic Tik Timer service.
  • Generate timesheets, reports, and analytics for you and your team.
  • Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, team invitations).
  • Respond to support requests and communicate important updates.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for authentication and database services, and AWS S3 for screenshot storage. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

4. Screenshots & Activity Monitoring

The desktop application may capture periodic screenshots and track activity levels when a timer is running. This feature is transparent to the user — you can see all captured screenshots in your dashboard. Screenshots are stored securely and are only accessible to you and your workspace administrators.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Tic Tik Timer:

  • Supabase: Authentication, database, and real-time services.
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery.
  • AWS S3: Secure screenshot storage.
  • Vercel: Web application hosting.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, update, or delete your personal information from your account settings.
  • Export your time tracking data at any time.
  • Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us.
  • Opt out of non-essential communications.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notification.
